Dragon Pavilion and Little Falls
The Dragon Pavilion in Orchid Haven is one of the KFBG's really special places. Normally quiet and secluded among ferns, vines and trees, heavy rain in summer often transforms the stream beside the pavilion into a cascading torrent of white water splashing over rocks and pools. In summer, the gravity-defying Hong Kong Cascade Frog lays its eggs on the near vertical rock face halfway up the falls.
Further up the hill, just above the falls, and reached by a litle maze of paths, is an even more secluded picnic site.
