To raise public awareness of low carbon living, KFBG Sustainable Living and Agriculture Department launched the "LOWcarbonDIET@HOME" training programmes. The programmes cover the six principles of a low-carbon diet: Local, Organic, Vegetarian, Energy-saving, Reduce-Reuse-Recycle and Seasonal (LOVERS).
