Responsibilities:

  • Handle public enquiry and registration
  • Assist in setting up, preparation and delivery of workshops and activities
  • Handle general administrative duties

Requirement:

  • Commitment to the mission, vision and values of KFBGC
  • Good interpersonal skills and organization skills
  • Capable of working independently as well as a member of a team
  • Physically fit for outdoor work
  • Committed to sustainable living and environmental protection
  • Basic skills on project administration and customer services
  • Knowledge in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and email
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese
  • Work on Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday and Monday (2 to 3 days per week)
