Partnership Officer
Communication and Partnerships Department

Job Summary

Partnership Officer provides strategic assistance to Partnership Manager, in collaboration with HoD, in developing strategies and processes, as well as in initiating and enhancing partnership relationships with private sector and various charity foundations.


Major responsibilities

This is an individual contributor role. The incumbent will report to the Head of Communication & Partnerships.


Manage Membership Programme and Donation
  • Support strategic planning for membership programme and monthly donation campaigns
  • Execute membership and monthly donation acquisition, retention, and reactivation programmes
  • Coordinate members’ and donors’ communication and events
  • Manage membership and monthly donation recruitment team


Assist in Corporate Collaboration/Partnership

  • Assist in development of corporate collabotation/partnership
  • Plan and execute collaboration programmes
  • Coordinate with various departments on arrangements relating to membership progamme, donation, corporate collaboration/partnership
  • Prepare evaluation reports for collaboration programmes for measurement of effectiveness


Manage Fundraising and Events

  • Manage events and programmes
  • Manage post event reviews, assessing objectives against actual delivery and documenting events for future reference

The incumbent may also be asked to perform an additional task according to the needs of the KFBG and formulated by the line manager.


Job Requirements
  • University graduate
  • 5 years of marketing and event experience
  • Good project management skills
  • Proven good communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Well organized and detail-minded
  • Outgoing and positive personality
  • Excellent team player
  • Willingness to work irregular hours or on holidays, if needed
  • Ideally, having a driving licence
