
Programme administrative assistant
Sustainable Living and Agriculture Department
KFBG Green Hub is established by Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden to make adaptive use of the Old Tai Po Police Station, a declared monument, to promote sustainable living. The job holder will provide administrative support and assist execution of educational programmes for visitors at the Hub.
Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries and manage bookings
- Provide administrative support which include filing, book-keeping and data input.
- Assist preparation of educational and promotional material, equipment and venue set up
- Ad-hoc duty as assigned
Requirements
- Commitment to the mission, vision and values of KFBGC
- A Diploma or an Associate Degree or above
- Experience in general administration is preferred
- Good command of English and Cantonese (knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage)
- Familiar with MS Office (knowledge of computer skills including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop will be an advantage)
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with a wide range of people in a positive way
- Good organizing and communication skills
- Mature, self-motivated, dynamic, a good team player and be able to work under pressure
- 5-day work per week. Essential to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays occasionally.
