Temporary Administration Officer (9 months contract)

Facilities Department

Responsibilities :

  • To maintain an effective filing system for contract documents, job files and technical publications;
  • To draft technical correspondences, purchase orders, etc. and to assist in budgetary and cost control for construction projects;
  • To assist in project administration (contractors management, upkeep payment records, follow-up quotations, etc.);
  • To assist in coordinating with internal and external parties.

 Requirements:

  • Diploma / Certificate in Secretarial Studies;
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in office administration in construction / engineering company;
  • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • A team player with good organization ability and computer literacy.
