Partnerships Officer

Partnerships Department

The Partnerships Officer works closely with the Head of Partnerships and other colleagues to run activities that increase awareness, support and funding for KFBG. These include:


  • Commitment to the mission, vision and values of KFBGC;
  • Supporting strategic planning for membership, monthly donation and fundraising campaigns;
  • Execute membership and monthly donation acquisition, retention and reactivation programmes;
  • Coordinating members and donors’ communications and events;
  • Handling members and donors’ inquiries;
  • Maintaining proper records and data analysis;
  • Manage membership and monthly donation recruitment team;
  • Working on any other assigned tasks.


  • A university degree;
  • At least 2 years of work experience;
  • Possess good language(English and Chinese), analytic (database), and project management skills;
  • Outgoing, self-starting and attention to details;
  • Desire to make positive changes to the society;
  • Willingness to work irregular hours or on holidays if needed;
  • Open-minded and recognize the validity of all spiritual paths.
