Partnerships Officer (Events and Fundraising)

Partnerships Department


  • The Partnerships Officer (Events and Fundraising) works closely with the Head of Partnerships and other colleagues to organize events and fundraising initiatives. These include:
  • Setting direction for fundraising events and activities and doing feasibility studies
  • Creating realistic fundraising event plans and proposals
  • Solicit funding support for projects, events and programmes
  • Manage resources, vendors and participants. Oversee event logistics and execution.
  • Manage post event review, assessing objectives against actual delivery and documenting events for future reference.
  • Managing funding grant implementation and reporting


  • Commitment to the mission, vision and values of KFBGC
  • A university degree
  • 5 years of marketing and event experience. Experience with fundraising events will be an advantage
  • Possess good communication and project management skills
  • Exceptionally well organized and detail minded
  • Outgoing and positive personality
  • Willingness to work irregular hours or on holidays if needed
  • Possession of Class 1 and 2 driving licence an advantage
  • Open minded and recognize the validity of all spiritual paths
