1. Nature / Objectives

Nature has the miraculous power to let us slow down and reunite with our inner selves. This workshop is designed to help participants to re-discover their inner beauty through different horticultural activities including Narrative Practice and Nature Walk.

Participants can enhance their relationship with nature by exploring their true selves through narrating their life stories in nature. People can unveil the hidden talents and passions of themselves that they have never noticed before. This is a therapeutic process to bring hope to life by appreciating the amazing germination of plants and trees, flower blooming and the uniqueness of every living things.


2. Programme Content

  • Wild plants arrangement
  • Re-telling Life story in Nature: “Tree of Life”
  • Horticultural activities: Herbs Stick or Pot Planting

Monday to Saturday (not available on public holidays)

4. Time

  • Full-Day 09:30 -16:30
  • Half Day 09:30-12:30 / 13:30- 16:30

Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden

  • Adults from all groups (e.g. Counsellor / Social workers / Teachers / Health care workers)
  • People who have interests in nature and horticultural therapy

Full-day $100/head; Half-day $50/head
