Check our Measures for Bad Weather

The following measures will be taken should any weather warning signal(s) be hoisted 2 hours prior to the starting time of the visit.

KFBG closed

KFBG is closed when any of these signals is in force
Red Rainstorm Warning Signal
Black Rainstorm Warning Signal
Landslip Warning Signal
 
 
No. 8 North East Gale or Storm Signal
No. 8 North West Gale or Storm Signal
No. 8 South East Gale or Storm Signal
No. 8 South West Gale or Storm Signal
 
No. 9 Increasing Gale or Storm Signal
No. 10 Hurricane Signal
 
 
 
  • Red or Black Rainstorm Warning
  • Landslip Warning
  • Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above (NE, NW, SE, SW, No. 9, No. 10)
  • KFBG will be closed for 24 hours after a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning or a Landslip Warning, to let the soil dry out.
  • After Typhoon Signal No. 8 has been replaced by Typhoon Signal No. 3 or No. 1, KFBG will remain closed until emergency clearance or urgent repair work due to typhoon damage is completed.

KFBG open

Upper Hillside temporarily closed and shuttle bus service suspended KFBG stays open, but the Upper Hillside is closed and the shuttle bus service does not run when any of these signals is in force.
