Confirmation Procedures

  1. Any request for changes of booking must be submitted at least 5 working days before the scheduled activity date.
  2. You must take the confirmation email with you, or you may not gain entry.
  3. If the applicant fails to follow the instructions provided by the staff, KFBG reserves the right to refuse admission.

Measures for bad weather

The following measures will be taken should any weather warning signal(s) be hoisted two hours before the programme:
