Job Responsibilities:

• Handle general electrical, plumbing & air conditioning maintenance and repair work and inspection as assigned by the supervisor.
• Assist in work supervision.
• Assist in maintenance proposal and tender.
• Assist in the setup and reinstatement of farm activities and events.
• Work in shifts and during non-office hours in case of emergencies or as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

 Requirements:

• Must align with the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical or air-conditioning maintenance and repair.
• Must hold an Electrical Engineering Personnel Registration Certificate (A license).
• Able to handle minor small scale repair works independently.
• Holder of driving license 1 & 2 and support in driving work.
• Physically capable of outdoor work.
• Experience in property management will be an advantage.
• Holding certificates / license in electrical work, plumbing, or air conditioning will be an advantage.
• Completion of relevant courses (E&M) will be an advantage.
