Points to note

1. All applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications are deemed successful upon receipt of confirmation email.
2. If KFBG cancels the event due to adverse weather or social situations, participants will be notified of refund arrangements by email. No refund will be made for non-attendance, and the event cannot be rescheduled once the application is confirmed.
3. Participants must follow KFBG’s Visitor Guidelines: https://www.kfbg.org/en/announcements/visitors-guidelines
4. If the applicant fails to follow instructions provided by staff, KFBG reserves the right to refuse admission without refund.
5. KFBG staff or volunteers will take photographs and record videos during the programme for documentation and promotional use.
