Points to note

1. All applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications are deemed successful upon receipt of confirmation email.
2. Participants will be picked up and transferred from the Reception to the entrance of Butterfly Path of KFBG near the Chicken House by shuttle bus, and along one or more of narrow trails, some of which have uneven surfaces, steps and slopes. Applicants should assess their own physical/health condition before applying. Also, please wear appropriate shoes.
3. If KFBG cancels the event due to adverse weather, insufficient enrolment, or social situations, participants will be notified of refund arrangements by email. No refund will be made for non-attendance, and the event cannot be rescheduled once the application is confirmed.

5. If the applicant fails to follow instructions provided by staff, KFBG reserves the right to refuse admission without refund.
6. Payment is not refundable unless the event is cancelled due to severe weather warnings.
7. Parking spaces are extremely limited at our venue. Participants must reserve parking spaces online in advance.
8. We encourage visitors to use public transportation to reduce carbon footprint. Click here for details.
9. KFBG staff or volunteers will take photographs and record videos during the programme for documentation and promotional use.
