- Applications are deemed successful upon receipt of confirmation email.
- If KFBG cancels the event due to adverse weather or social situations, participants will be notified by email. The event cannot be rescheduled for non-attendance once the application is confirmed.

- If the applicant fails to follow instructions provided by staff, KFBG reserves the right to refuse admission without refund.
