It is beneficial to continue practising communication with nature on your own, in a group, or, even better, to connect with our teacher, Dr Claire Elouard. All of these avenues can guide us to deepen our practice and refresh our learning.
This Alumni Gathering focuses on grounding, opening our hearts, and building relationships with the well-maintained trees at KFBG. We will practice together and enjoy the opportunity to co-learn within the group by sharing your perceptions and listening to others' experiences. It will be a day of connection, joy, happiness, empathy, emotions, discoveries, wonders, and oneness.
Workshop Activities
The experiential activities* in this workshop provide an opportunity for participants to explore and practice the following aspects:
- Guided exercises: These exercises deepen our connection with the soil’s energy, anchoring and stability. We will explore how to open our hearts and our perception of that opening, and we will practise connecting with various trees.
- Solo time: As a tree energy practitioner, you will be invited to spend solo time in nature to connect with the energy of the beautiful environment at KFBG. This is a moment to re-encounter the same place with different sensitivities that can lead you to a new level of understanding and experience.
- Co-learning from the teacher and the group: Do you have questions from your own practice in nature or your daily life? There are opportunities to practise together and co-learn with Dr Claire Elouard and the group, sharing experiences and listening to the perceptions and comments of others.
*Note: the workshop’s agenda and contents may be modified depending on weather conditions, and other external factors, in accordance with Dr Claire Elouard’s professional advice.
