Job Summary
We are seeking a highly reliable and experienced Senior Driver to support transportation and logistics operations. This role involves driving electric vehicles (EVs), coordinating fleet schedules, and managing related documentation such as insurance and maintenance records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate discretion, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety and service excellence.
Major responsibilities
- Tourist Shuttle Service

- Operate the daily shuttle bus service for visitors inside Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden, ensuring a safe, courteous, and timely experience.
- Assist with visitor inquiries and maintain a welcoming atmosphere during transport.
- Executive & VIP Transport

- Safely transport board members, executives, VIPs, and guests to meetings, events, and appointments.
- Deliver urgent documents, parcels, or sensitive materials within strict timelines.
- Routine Logistics & Deliveries

- Manage weekly delivery of farm produce to board members’ families/VIPs
- Provide ad hoc logistics support for corporate events, including equipment transport and staff shuttling.
- Vehicle Management & Maintenance

- Conduct daily checks on returned vehicles (electricity, mileage, damage, cleanliness).
- Coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs with approved vendors.
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle maintenance and inspections.
- Fleet Coordination & Scheduling

- Organize daily schedules for all drivers and vehicles to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assign vehicles based on task priority, passenger needs, and cargo requirements.
- Monitor electricity consumption and report irregularities.
- Operational Readiness

- Ensure all vehicles are charged, clean, and equipped (e.g., chargers, water, documents).
- Respond to emergency transport requests outside regular hours when needed.
- Compliance & Safety

- Adhere to traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols.
- Train junior drivers on service standards, safety procedures, and route planning.
- Oversee parking slot management and ensure safe driving practices within the lower farm area (including staff and contractor vehicles).
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Hong Kong Driver’s License (Classes 1, 2, and 4) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 8 years of professional driving experience.
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent knowledge of Hong Kong roads, traffic patterns, and familiar using GPS.
- Fluent in Cantonese; proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Physically fit (able to lift parcels/produce) and customer-focused.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings for events.
