How to join Donors-to-Membership Programme?

1. What are the conditions of applying for KFBG’s Individual Membership?
Eligible persons (“Eligible Persons”): One-time donation of HK$500; or accumulate a total donation amount (“Donation Amount”) of HK$500 within one year. KFBG will invite Eligible Persons to provide personal information via email to proceed withDonors-to-Membership Programme.

Membership Effective Date

2. When does my membership start?
The membership period for donation members is 12 months. The validity period starts from the day the donation amount reaches HK$500 and lasts for 365 days. If you are unable to use the membership during this period, KFBG does not provide extension of the membership.

3. When will I receive my e-membership card?
After receiving the donor's information, we will process the membership registration procedures, and will send a confirmation letter and an e-memebrship card via email. Members can start using the electronic membership card immediately.The membership processing will be completed within approximately one month.

4. What benefits do KFBG members enjoy?

From 30 June 2024, new members will enjoy the following benefits:
- Unlimited FREE admission                                                                         
- HK$50 lunch voucher at Eat Well Café                                                       
- Receive six KFBG postcards 
- Our monthly newsletter “Connections”

5. Do I need to show my e-membership card to enjoy membership benefits?
Yes, you must show your e-membership card to enjoy the benefits. The e-membership card and the benefits are non-transferrable.

6. Can I apply for membership online?
You can become a donation member of KFBG by donating HK$500 or more via the link below

7. Is there any other way to apply for membership?
You can request or download<<Link>> a donation application form from our staff. After completing the form, please attach a cheque or bank deposit record and mail it to us. If the donation amount is HK$500 or more, please include a recent photo to apply for an electronic membership card.

8. Will my personal data be treated confidentially?
According to the “Personal Data (Privacy) (Amendment) Ordinance” which took effect on 1 April, 2013, KFBG is committed to treating all personal data as strictly confidential. Your personal information (including your name, telephone number, email and/or postal address, and organisation/company/school) may be used by KFBG and our appointed working partners for the purposes of organisational updates, surveys, newsletters, event/programme invitations and other communication via postal mail, telephone and electronic mail.  Please be advised that you may opt out of having your personal data used for the above purposes by KFBG at any time and free of charge. Non-local Visitor

10. I don’t live in Hong Kong, can I join as a member?
Yes, KFBG membership is open for all donors residing in other locations.
