Job Duties

Project Management

  • Prepare regular progress reports for internal management and, where required, external partners, covering status, achievements, issues, and next steps.
  • Support project close-out, including outcome review, lessons learned, and handover of materials.

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with relevant internal departments (including conservation, education, operations, and communications) to align schedules, resources, and on-site delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for project logistics, materials, and cross-team arrangements so joint initiatives run smoothly.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain working relationships with external stakeholders, with priority given to the senior and community (including seniors, school teachers, students, and community leaders), as well as corporate and community partners where relevant.
  • Coordinate participation, brief stakeholders on arrangements, address concerns promptly, and support a positive, safe experience on site and in the community.

Event and Programme Support

  • Plan and coordinate project-related activities of varying scale in line with project goals.
  • Assess delivery against objectives and feed findings into reporting and future planning.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to enhance visibility and community ties.

Administrative and Compliance Cooperation

  • Handle project administration, logistics, and preparation of project materials.
  • Ensure activities comply with applicable regulations and KFBG policies, including health and safety for indoor and outdoor work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, event management, partnership development, or community/education programmes; project leading experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with seniors and/or the school sector (teachers, students, and school partners). This is a priority.
  • Strong organisational and follow-through skills; able to track multiple workstreams and report status clearly.
  • Able to structure a project step by step, set practical milestones, and keep delivery on track toward agreed goals.
  • Confident communicator, outgoing, and able to work with internal teams and diverse community stakeholders.
  • Strong commitment to KFBG’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Physically fit and able to work comfortably indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, for extended periods.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A valid driving licence is required.
  • Fluency in spoken Cantonese and written Chinese with good spoken and written English is an advantage.
  • Exposures in conservation, environmental education, volunteering, or corporate partnership programmes would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with proposal writing, progress reporting, and stakeholder briefing materials would be a plus.
