Dr Claire Elouard|Grounding and Connecting with Heart|2-day Non-residential Workshop 2025

How much do you know about yourself? Are you looking to feel more grounded and connected with your heart? Do you want to be positively tuned in your daily life?

By connecting to the present moment, grounding establishes a solid foundation that enables you to remain focused and calm while alleviating fears and anxieties linked to past traumas or future concerns. This allows you to fully embrace the ‘here and now’. With an open heart, participants nurture self-awareness and empathy for themselves and others. This not only lightens the body but also soothes the mind and boosts emotional well-being.

Incorporating positive thinking, in alignment with the Law of Attraction, empowers participants to tackle challenges by choosing optimistic responses. This approach helps strengthen neural pathways and foster lasting change, allowing you to recognise the good in every situation.

This transformative journey will guide you in enhancing your grounding, deepening your heart connection, and discovering inner harmony, making it easier to navigate the challenges of daily life.
