Since joining KCC in 2012, Jianhuan has been managing KCC’s conservation project in the Eastern Plains Landscape of Cambodia to safeguard a range of globally threatened species including Banteng, Green Peafowl, Silvered Langur, and Black-shanked Douc. He has also been leading KCC’s conservation project in Gaoligongshan of Yunnan to uncover the region’s hidden biodiversity and protect Skywalker Hoolock Gibbon, an endangered umbrella species in the forest. As an experienced field biologist, he is a key member of KCC’s biodiversity assessment team.
